Peter Pliszka is a senior partner in Fasken (Toronto), one of Canada’s leading law firms. Peter is Fasken's Chair-Life Sciences Litigation and Chair- Product Liability Group, which Benchmark has named Canada’s Product Liability Firm of the Year in seven of the past ten years. Peter's practice covers product liability and class action proceedings in courts across Canada.
