Nicole B. Boehler is a Partner at Squire Patton Boggs, resident in their Böblingen, Germany office. She advises clients globally, particularly in the areas of commercial disputes, product liability defense, risk management, regulatory compliance, and data privacy and protection. She specializes in helping international companies manage risk, regularly works closely with US and EU authorities and regulators, and has extensive experience in assisting clients in resolving significant disputes globally.
Nicole graduated from the University of Illinois (Bachelor, Political Science and Economics) and George Washington University (J.D.). She holds a Master of European Law and Economics from the University of Hamburg. She is admitted to practice in Virginia and Washington DC in the US, and is a member of the Stuttgart Bar / Rechtsanwaltskammer Stuttgart (BRAO §206). She holds CIPP/E certification from the IAPP.
