Paul Salazar (he/him/his)

Siemens AG
Munich, Germany

Paul Salazar is Principal Litigation Counsel at Siemens AG in Munich. He is admitted to practice law in New York and California and has been based in Germany for over 15 years. Paul is responsible for the strategic planning, early case assessment, preparation and defense of complex international litigation and arbitration matters. He has extensive experience with respect to a wide range of disputes, e-discovery, digitalization, data privacy, cross-border data transfers and works council issues.

In addition to his current role as Principal Litigation Counsel, Paul has advised in-house on project, export and equity finance, venture capital, general commercial transactions and an independent compliance investigation. Paul has witnessed first-hand and been intricately involved in several restructurings of Siemens and its legal department. He has also played a key role in creating or implementing many of the processes and procedures that are necessary for the operation of a large and complex legal department.
