Michelle M. Fujimoto is an equity partner at Shook Hardy & Bacon, resident in the Orange County office. Michelle has more than 35 years’ experience in defending clients in pharmaceutical, medical device and science-driven litigations. She also provides risk management assessment and best practices counseling to clients ranging from start-up companies to Fortune 500 companies. She is an active member and speaker in the DRI Drug & Medical Device section and International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC).
