Maureen Mahoney (she/her/hers)

Maureen A. Mahoney has 30 + years of experience in healthcare law moving in house eight years ago to support litigation for her client Hackensack Meridian Health("HMH") as Associate General Counsel. HMH is one of the largest and most innovative healthcare networks in the United States with a School of Medicine, Research Institute, and NCI designated Cancer Center. While providing legal support for a broad range of matters across the network, some of Ms. Mahoney's most rewarding work has been to negotiate and manage legal matters related to research and tech transfer for the Research Institutie, particularly during the pandemic when translating innovation to care in real time became critical. Recognized as a leader by her organizarion and peers, Ms. Mahoney received the 2023 NJBIZ Leaders in Law award and was given the opportunity to participate in Linkage's GILD, a premier intensive leadership program for senior executives. Her passion is facilitating the advancement of healthcare innovation and excellence, while protecting the interests and reputation of HMH and its affiliates.
