Stacy Lynne Douglas is a Partner and the Director of Diversity at Everett Dorey, a law firm servicing the southwest. Ms. Douglas is the managing partner of the firm's Los Angeles office. Throughout her career, Ms. Douglas had successfuly tried cases involving catastrophic injury, transportation, toxic tort and suits against homeowner's association. Her favorite part of litigation is the strategic partnerships with her clients and the relationships with clients that have often developed into life long friendships. Ms. Douglas has demonstrated a committment to Diversity in the legal profession, speaking regularly and providing training on diversity issues to law firms, government entities and bar associations. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for DRI, Lawyers Representing Business and is currently active in IADC's Diversity & Inclusion Committee. Ms. Douglas believes that knowledge of the importance of diversity empowers lawyers of all backgrounds to better serve their clients in the ever evolving changing population demographics. She welcomes conversations and dialogue on these important issues.
