Robinson & Cole LLP
Washington, District of Columbia, United States
I litigate complicated contract disputes, many of which involve allegations of fraud. I represent government contractors, law firms, construction companies, and other businesses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, and around the country. Additionally, as an IAPP Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and a certified Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP), I help clients establish and maintain data security, respond to data breaches, and litigate cybersecurity and privacy cases. Applying my experience as a former Department of Justice trial attorney, I also provide counsel regarding compliance issues, including government contract compliance, and I assist in responding to state and federal subpoenas.
After graduating from Columbia University School of Law, I clerked for the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. After my clerkship, I worked as a trial attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Division, where I handled commercial litigation trials and appeals as well as government contract and construction litigation.
