Pete R. Wilson

Peter R. ("Pete") Wilson was recently named Vice President, Commercial/Government Litigation & Regulatory Law for Walgreen Co. In this new role, Pete manages the teams responsible for handling ' litigation with the federal and state governments related to pharmacy reimbursement and related matters; disputes with vendors, commercial payors, and other commercial matters; and front-of-store regulatory matters, including those involving environmental, health, and safety issues. He has been with Walgreens for over 15 years, where he has held a variety of other positions related to government and commercial litigation, and where he was principally responsible for managing the company's response to the national opioid litigation. Prior to Walgreens, Pete was a litigation partner in the Chicago office of Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP. He received his J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law and his B.A. from Colgate University.
