Tom Buckley is a partner in Goldeberg Segalla's Raleigh office. Tom's practice involves representing businesses in complex commercial litigation matters, including claims of employment, alleged discrimination, construction defect, fire damage, catastrophic injury and death, and a wide variety of business and contractual disputes. He has represented clients in response a governmental investigaitons, including investigaitons by OSHA, EEOC, DOL, and a number of liceising agencies. Tom is OSHA 30 certified and has been certified as a mediator by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Committee. He has been recognized by Martindale-Hubbell with an AV rating, by his peers as a Super Lawyer, and by the Best Lawyers in America for Commercial Litigaiton and Insurance Law. He is the chair of the IADC's Employment Law Committee.
