Wage and hour class action awards can routinely run in the millions and tens of millions. Even worse, plaintiffs' lawyers often use discovery in such suits to compound the problem by locating and generating claims from other employees as the suits proceed.

An expert panel consisting of in-house counsel, an experienced outside employment litigator, and an expert in wage and hour calculations will provide concrete strategies to help minimize loss and prevent future claims in this difficult arena.
