Michael is a Partner with Shook, Hardy & Bacon in Kansas City, Missouri. Michael has defended product manufacturers his entire career, with an emphasis on automotive and heavy truck manufacturers. For over fifteen years, Michael has represented a leading medium and heavy truck manufacterer in numerous types of cases, including rollovers, post-collision fires, and braking defect claims. More recently, Michael has obtained substantial experience in defending matters involving advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), such as automatic emergency braking, lane departure warning, and blind spot alert.
