Richik Sarkar is a litigation, data privacy, and ESG partner at Dinsmore & Shohl, a national full-service law firm with over 700 attorneys. With over 20 years of experience in commercial and class action litigation, Richik is a nationally recognized cybersecurity and data privacy expert, serving as a former Chief Privacy Officer for a private company. He advises companies and boards on their ESG, governance, shareholder disputes, trademarks, patents, and business strategy, providing bespoke commercial judgment, legal intelligence, and strategic vision.

Richik is a courtroom advocate, boardroom strategist, and collaborative leader.
